Yeah, that's what I wanna know too. And the same for amitriptyline!!

Perhaps nortriptyline and amitriptyline's 5HT2C-antagonism is the main reason why they are likely to cause weight gain. I gain weight like crazy on low dose Prozac, which must also be due to 5HT2C-antagonism..
