i was wondering if anyone has anything on the use of melatonin to reverse tolerance to psilocybe mushroom effects, i have heard it mentioned casually, and would like to know any details about it and behind it.
in case this steps on the toes of moderation, i am asking in particular to understand how melatonin may affect 5-ht1a and be related to a augmented or different response to buspirone, i figure the effects may relate to each other, and may give me an idea of how much melatonin i would need to take and how long i would have to stick to taking a combination of melatonin + buspirone,

In reply to melatonin, 5-ht receptor sensitivity, psilocin, posted by iforgotmypassword on February 8, 2010, at 14:52:14
Your best bet would be sint johns worth in high doses for 10 days to reverze tolerance.
This is the end of the thread.
