does anyone know any specifics, the degree of affinity, and especially the intrinsic efficacy?

I'm not exactly sure. I read about this a while back. D-meth also has higher affinity for the norepinephrine reuptake pump.
It kind of makes it like norquetiapine (ie an NRI and 5-ht1a agonist).
Both 5-ht1a agonism and NRI will increase prefrontal catecholamine activity. But, I have no idea how strong it is at 5-ht1a.

Not sure of the affinities of d-mph, it's kind of hard to find. But I was on Focalin for about 8 months, from last August to this March, and I can tell you personally d-MPH is deFinitely a 5-HT1a agonist, that's for sure.
