SAD, ADD, Atypical D: Potential Cocktails, hlp plz

I've listed here some meds I'm interested in or have found helpful and put them in different categories. You choose one from each group to come up with different permutations. I didn't come up with all of them and I don't know which would work best for me--I have Social Phobia, Dysthymia, and ADD, in that order of severity. If you've had experience with any of these meds or combinations of them, please comment. I'd really appreciate your input as I try to figure out what combo might work best for me.

Ingredients:
1.Anti-depressants:

Pristiq + Zoloft
Pristiq + Desipramine
Zoloft + Desipramine
Parnate + Desimpramine

2.Augmentors:
Abilify
Ziprasidone

Gabapentin
Lamictal
Topamax

3.Anti-Anxiety:
Clonazepam

4.Sleep:
Trazodone

5.Stimulants:
Adderall

Possible Cocktails:

1.Pristiq + Zoloft
Abilify

Adderall

2.Pristiq + Desipramine
Ziprasidone
Lamictal

3.Zoloft +Desipramine

what are you on now? i might just start on desipramine and klonipins for now, then see waht area that isn't work on, or if side effects bollox you up too much, or what.

I'm on a lot of meds:

Adderall
Zoloft
Abilify
Clonazepam
Trazodone

I don't think I can got without the clonazepam and trazodone and it would be difficult to drop the Adderall. The Zoloft and Abilify don't seem so essential; whatever effects they have are more subtle.

Hi,

Your symptoms sound exactly the same as mine, though I'd probably rank my ADD higher than my Dysthymia.

So I've tried a lot of things, and a few combos of things. Of course everyone is different, but...

So desipramine kills my ADD dead. Except it makes my SP much worse.

I've tried desipramine and lexapro. The lexapro sort of killed the benefits of the desipramine.

I've also tried pristiq and desipramine. For a couple of days. Gave me massive insomnia, though I never gave it a chance to see if it would pass.

I've tried lamictal + adderall. Sort of worked, but I was a bit of a space case and had weird anger spells.

I've tried abilify and desipramine. Not bad - the abilify got rid of the anxiety desipramine caused.

I've tried adderall and cymbalta (sweatbalta). Sort of ok but I was a space case too.

I've got a thread going on psychobabble medication about what to combine desipramine with. Some people had some ideas like prozac & abilify or valproate.
