quite possibly (probably?) misspelled. oops. point is...
I'm nearly full loaded on a DIY Orthomolecular protocol. ok. calmer, hay fever is vastly improved. I added both of these 'adaptogens' recently, and...
I think I'm...pleased. nothing too intense, nothing to push me off balance or exacerbate lingering problems, and...
i'm calmer, a tad more energy and focus (not the speedy sort, like an upper prescription), and my mood is...brighter, and more even, too.
I am a bit concerned about long term ill effects, but..??? anyone have experiences, favorite brands, suggestions? anything, at all?
thanks :-)

Rhodolia interacts with CYP enzymes. Doctor prescribed it anyway. Luckily, I didn't take it. Ashwaghanda didn't agree with me although I don't remember why specifically. But it might agree with you.
