IT IS ONLY DAY 5... but it has lifted my depression symptoms already from the start day 1 how is that possible so fast acting with fluanxol 1 mg?

>The antidepressive mechanism of action of flupenthixol (Fluanxol) has not been elucidated to my knowledge. In some studies even less than 1 mg is enough to produce a noticeable effect. I don't know if higher doses are better, but they don't seem to be harmful with respect to the antidepressant action, although they would of course increase the probability of side effects.

>Isn't cariprazine a partial d2 agonist like abilify? Would they not have the same effects. (i.e. induce gambling behaviour, etc?)
