Probably the best subreddit on Medication regimens regarding Depression and anxiety. Check it out. I highly recommend it.

There are however quite a few know-it-alls who say X is obvious because of Y, even when discussing complex regimens like mine. I.e. it's a bit of a pissing contest sometimes unfortunately.

There's a great fibromyalgia forum too. Intelligent, witty, sincere posters on all these. Lots of experience to share.

> https://www.reddit.com/r/depressionregimens/I'm curious about this comment: "I had a fantastic psychiatrist who suggested that the terrible depression I had that was making me just sit and stare at my laptop instead of studying might be ADHD. She started me on 20 mg of vyvanse, and it literally transformed my life overnight.". From: https://www.reddit.com/r/depressionregimens/comments/g3dtfu/anyone_feel_like_youve_tried_all_the_meds_and/fnqthc2/
But I am skeptical because of the possibility that the Vyvanse treated depression and not just ADHD.
Have you found anything yourself that was worth reading?

It's hit and miss, just like here, or how here used to be. There is another forum for those who know psychopharmaceuticals. Sometimes a question will be referred out. I'm not at depression regime much because mine (knock on wood) is stable.
You don't find anything useful there?
