Fluvoxamine / Luvox taper

Hi,

I'd like opinions on the speed of a taper of fluvoxamine. I've been on it for four weeks. I believe I have problems urinating and increased tinnitus from it.

I took 25mg for a week, 50mg for five days, 75mg for 11 days and 100mg for a day. I then went back to 75mg for two days. I have currently scaled it back to 50mg. I'm eager to taper off and hopefully have better urination and decreased tinnitus.

Are there any opinions regarding how long I should stay at 50mg before moving to 25mg? At 25mg, any opinions about when to stop it? The 25mg pills cannot be scored. That is lowest dose. I've only been on fluvoxamine/luvox for a month.

I'll be asking my pDoc as well.
