Haven't you been taking trazodone for months without a rash until recently?

Ita hard to say. When i was at 50mg the rash was gone. I wish its not the trazodone because it helps. Alternative may be milnacipran

If you were allergic to trazodone, 50mg would also cause a rash.
So, you're interested in replacing venlafaxine with milnacipran?

It can do, maybe not as much as venlafaxine.

Just my opinion, but I feel Trazodone is one of the worst meds ever invented. So if you have to drop it, there are other routes to accomplish the same thing you were trying to get out of it.
The rash is not likely from Traz, if you ask me. Something else going on. Whatever it is, is probably related to your psychiatric symptoms in the first place. All part of the same thing. Not separate thingies. Tied together. Related. Traz might have done something to cause that to flare up, but didn't cause it in the first place, if that makes sense. But just opinion.
I think if you are fairly stable with your cocktail but you want more results out of it, that you probably get better results 3-9 months from now by building herbal medicines and OTC supplements onto your cocktail and make it a lot bigger. You need some significant action in terms of anti-inflammation, anti-microbial, and anti-toxin. Those are the primary causes of psychiatric symptoms - in my opinion - and there is nothing in your cocktail at all that addresses any of those. The entire cocktail is focused merely on just manipulating brain chemicals one way or another. In my experience, or as just an observer of this board for decades, a singular focus on neurtransmitter function hardly ever works well.

The rash is worse on my left eyelid. I always have the window slightly open because i vape while driving. It might be just ordinary pollen allergy. I have rye and grasses allergy!

It does sound like a mild allergy or dermatitis. I can't imagine it's related to your meds. It's just not typical of that.
