I am taking Provigil 100 mg 2x per day for treatment-resistant bipolar depression. It's strange - sometimes it works really well and I can feel it working - giving me energy, motivation, a sense of confidence and well-being. Other times I feel absolutely nothing. I am wondering if there are any tricks to this - taking with food, without food, time of day, not splitting the dose, etc. OR is it jus that if I'm depressed enough the Provigil just doesn't touch it. I am grateful for any experience or knowledge.
