OMG.
I don't have much time....
(I'm in a dual-diagnosis program. I was sort of naughty here and there after my Mom passed away, and it landed me with a nasty psychological addiction to a non-prescribed C-II and [obviously] non-prescribed C-I substance. Doing better than in a LONG time and quitting smoking. Adopting some selective 12-step principles but haven't become a cult member.. Doing a very very gradual benzo taper, but anyway...)
To those I trust. Sorry I've been away, that usually means I'm doing well. Lately, anyway.
I need MD orders for every Rx and OTC product in this program (anything that says "Supplement Facts" on the label), and want to add fish oil for mood benefit.
I can afford to spend maybe $40 this month and up to $100-$150 next month on supplements - can anyone recommend a high-EPA, high quality, online-delivered fish oil supplement ASAP???? I'll need to know the doses ahead of time, I was thinking 2-3grams EPA per day at least.
Safeway was rather expensive. And I can't go out alone by myself to look at the vitamin store...
best

for the past two weeks or so and I think it's helping my mood. It has really good reviews on the website, anyways. I take 2-3 grams worth of EPA of it per day.I think the best supplements can be found on pureformulas.com , but they can be very very expensive and I'm not sure if it's worth it.
I hope you figure out your problem and start feeling better.
Best,
John
