Hi! Not sure if other post when through. I have recently decreased my Prozac doseage from 60 mg. to 40 mg. a day. Has anyone had any withdrawal effects from doing this? It has been about a month. Thanks so much.

i take 60mg too.....prozac has a long half life, it takes 3-4 days to totally be out of the system....so it's withdrawls are not as bad as effexor which is one of the worst antidepressant medication with withdrawls....
40mg would have any withdrawl effect at all....
