I remember when i first came to the US. The euphoria was huge...
New won freedom after school. Tons of friends and acquaintances from all over the world. It was so awesome. I want that euphoria back. I want my life back.

I would prefer to see NRX-1074 (Naurex) approved. It works the same way, but is taken orally.

I know, i wouldnt care as long as i had remission.
Id take a shot every day if that would result in remission.
I only need to see that my doctor diagnoses me "Schizophrenia AND Depression" not " Schizophrenia"...
That way my future doctor could prescribe Glyx-13 (in Germany). US medication AND off-label use narrows down doctors willing to prescribe unneccessarily. I really do have both.Of course id prefer NRX-1074, but i really dont mind the injections! Im only thinking "remission", nothing else.

I notice that I can take Effexor (under 37.5mg) with mangnesium and zinc as needed. Sometimes, once a week or twice a week works well.
I would recommend that anyone with depression considers augmenting with magnesium and zinc.

Its really not funny.. i feel like crap.
All day every day. My life is disappearing. Friends are disappearing, my confidence is disappearing, joy, i don't know what that is.
Lets not even talk about motivation.

This may be like the penicillin of psychiatry. Who knows?
As of now: Response rates up to double of that of SSRI and related drugs and response magnitude also double.
I am psyched. I hope this picture will hold true through phase III trials.
Maybe it will even be beneficial for psychosis? At the very least, i hope it will not have a tendency to cause psychosis.
All AD´s i had tried, they either don't work or cause psychosis. Well, to be fair, Mirtazapine had an effect and did not cause psychosis. Nightmares though.
Glyx-13 type drugs may be the exception!

Im sorry about that, Phillipa. An iDevice sync problem just woke up my own anger.
As for the expensive infusions: Thats not good.
If they do an open label study with inclusion criteria that i meet, i may travel to the US once again and do it.
I would like to.
Also my kind of wealthy father could help me. If it becomes a success, it will be available cheaplier over time.
Sorry if the grammar is off here;)

Your grammar is excellent.

I have always had an immense amount of admiration and respect for people who have learned to speak English as a second language.

So i could buy one dose for the cheap price of 50.000 eur per dose. Thats awesome!
