Merry Christmas all. I'm currently take Parnate for generalised anxiety disorder with depression and PTSD. I take 60mg a day in 6 spread out doses. I've been taking 60mg for 3 weeks now and gradually climbed to 60mg from lower dosages. All up I've been on parnate since September. I feel I'm getting a partial response from the medication so far. For best effect would I be better taking 20mg 3 times daily or continue taking 10mg 6 times daily? Thanks heaps

20 mg three times a day is a good dosing schedule. It makes sense to take 10 mg six time a day only if you experience significant hypotension (low blood pressure) that produces dizziness.
If you don't respond to Parnate adequately, you can try Nardil. Nardil is considered more effective for treating your comorbid disorders than is Parnate.
