really bad moods..

Posted by rjlockhart37 on March 27, 2013, at 14:53:06

i don't know really why this happens, but ill getinto the states of really bad discust with everything...and just feel like crap, i would love to be sippin out of vodka/rum bottle right now.....

and then i read all this stuff i posted in the moment, and it just is nut case....last night was pretty hard to deal with and I had to get it out...but, emotions can fade....and that can be good thing.

I've already have started planning what im going to do with my life....finance, investments, and om the side get back into actors conservatory...and im getting a trainer, this liquid diet/fast is ok....but you can't go without food, i have ultra protien shakes with all vitamens the body needs and still i got weak, and i had to eat....

so, workouts are going to be soon....don't want to fall off the wagon but im sick of looking in the mirror and seeing how fatness got around my face...and anyone who reads, a 800-1000 calorie diet is a good rapid weight loss fast, even better with workouts....which is what im goaling for right now.

not hoping for the best, not bothered by the worst....so pop the vodka bottle open and light the ciggerette LOL jk

Ohh the liquid diet is for weight loss? I think I found something great to keep hunger away. Its a cereal called "All Bran Buds" I think Kelloggs makes it. But it has in it what are called psyllium husks, and they expand in the stomach. Also has lots of B vitamins. I think it goes perfect with orange juice.

R-

I appreciate your openness. I get really negative, crappy persistent thoughts sometimes and it really does suck!

I'm happy to hear your going to work out. I'm going to be doing that myself soon. I don't need to lose weight but I want all the other benefits, including mood boosting.

Best wishes,

Laney

im getting a trainer soon when i get the money....people have told me excerise is good for the mood....let me say i've done 3mile runs and felt more like shhhhhhhhiat after i was done....lol sometimes excerise makes me in a worse mood that's why i don't do it at times. Alot of health fitness freaks are always high on their endorphins and motivated and when im around those people, i try the best to blend in even thoug I hate being around people who are happy all the time. lol

still the body is better in shape....so that's my goal.....:)

RJ so excercise does work as you say the people that excercise are all in good moods? I know I feel much better after excercising. At your age I used to jog and was happy. Seriously I was happy and didn't take pills. Phillipa

I'm with poser on the cereal. All high fiber cereal is good. And that usually means 5 g fiber or better. Eat that in morning for supper energy and fullness. Not too much OJ. Not too much cereal, maybe half bowl of milk. By the way soymilk is better and tastier, I take vanilla from fridge.
