I want to lose some weight, and I thought this online diary might help keepme honest
I'm trying to stick to a 1600kcal, low fat, highish protein diet
I have lost 5kg in the first 2 weeks, only another 20 to go haha

According to myfitnesspal, a man of my height and age doing a desk job will burn 2500 calories a day or so, so by eating 1500 i should lose a kilo a week (actualy, i think i will lose more, i did last time i did this)
Myfitnespal set me a target of 1600 calories, so i will have a diet yoguht after dinner as dessert

Yeah, 6'4 and 110kg, need to drop about 15kg i think
