I was taking 3 20 mg a day but decided to split the pills in half taking 10 mg every two hours or so. Maybe a poor mans time released.
Either way especially in mid afternoon I feel like taking my night meds and going to bed.
Anyone know why it happens?

yea...it is a good unexpensive way where you don't have to pay for the time released...at 60mg at once i used to do that with my adderall....i was on 40mg in the morning and sometimes i would take an extra 20mg for school...it definetly wake me up....what going on is that your doing a smooth intake you not getting all the 60mg hit at once...that's why its probaly not as wake promoting....10mg made me sleepy too...and your bloodstream is getting 10mg every 2 hours which means after 4 hours the first dose of 10mg is worn off....but its being taken constantly so the most your getting is about 20mgs at a time....adderall lasts 4 hours with one dose.
You should try to take 30mg in the morning...sleep a bit....and then take the next 30mg....i think that would help keep a good state of mind....the 10mg every 2 hours is actually a pretty good idea....some doctors would recommend that to some patients.
Take the klonopin after the adderall wears off...and also something like risperdal too..would knock out the extra dopamine that is still present even after the adderall has worn off...also beta blockers...but those a too advanced....a doctor wouldnt give that for stimulant rebound....
maybe 20mg 3 times a day? seriosuly 30mg twice a day would work good...keep you focused and motivated....

Some good ideas. I'm going to switch my Clonazepam to night. It shouldn't make much difference but may help the Adderall. I miss the time released.
