Sometimes it gets me down that there sometimes seems to be more conflict than support and compassion here...just sometimes! Absolutely, for the most part, everyone here is wonderful, but I wanted to thank those 2 who have been truly wonderful to me. Of course, this is just my opinion, based on my experience.
First is Phillipa. There are times I get scared this board would implode if it weren't for her. Phillipa you are heaven-sent to always have a kind word and plenty of support for everyone here. And I'd be very surprised if we did not all agree on that. I, at least, cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart.
I'd also like to thank Jono. He is the other person who has *consistently* helped me here, by reading my posts and never failing to offer compassion and good advice.
Thank you both SO very much. And thanks to *everyone* who has been supportive to this, as yet, green babbler.
Just wanted to throw something positive out there and recognize those who have unfailingly been supportive of me.
My best to all - and I mean that!!!!

Kat how incredibly sweet you are. I tried to respond last night but lost internet connection. So how are you doing today? Better? I do hope so. Phillipaxxx

Re the anxiety, i think in the first instance my doc wants to
*let me take Xanax 1mg 3 x daily until things get better
*double the Zoloft to 200mg/day
I'm also going to broach the subject of changing from Xanax to Clonazepam, and see how he feels.
If increasing the Zoloft doesnt work, then I guess the options arwe change Zoloft to Remeron and see how that goes, and as a last resort, Nardil
I dont want to mess too much with the antidepressants because the cocktail I am on (SSRI + NARI) has kept my euthymic for 2 years, and i dont like to fix things that arnt broke
