Jeroen still on seroquel. I know the doc won't try anything. Do you think you also need an antidepressant? Phillipa

or willful ignorance. if anyone knew a way to help, what incentive would there be to find out? between insurance companies vs. patent troll rent-seeking vs. practictioners who will never even get the tools to diagnose and treat illness within the span of their overworked professional lifetimes, yet in light of the apparent BREAKTHROUGHS so often touted in the news but little heard of in real life, there is little incentive to help us economic nobodys along the path to helping ourselves if we can't prove our ability to pay (and prove the practical legitimacy of the theories, protocols, and treatments) in advance. of course the solution is an actual public system that can correct for these errors and not people who privately fetishise darwinian meat-grinder mechanisms to their political economic system, yet somehow irrationally imagine themselves as the beneficiaries because: hey they have rich family, or there are lotto commericals everyday on tv. both styles of thinking equally magical in the end.
