People have been saying they think I'm over medicated.Today I actually got out and worked in the yard. If I weren't on these meds I wouldn't leave the house. I finally feel normal. I can go places and do things. I don't want to lose the meds I'm on. Just wondering if anyone else gets the from people around them.

I know how you feel. I take a lot of meds too. Almost as many as you. If I don't take them, particulary zyprexa, I won't leave the house, mostly out of fear of outside world. Then I stay inside and think crazy stuff. Not eat or drink or anything. Dilusional also.

I take four meds. I want to get off of them.
at the same time I think I need to up my antipsychotic, or I need to get it changed. I don't know that I can handle too much sedation, but I do need to calm the f*ck down.
I want to be on the least amount of meds possible, but I'm afraid of what will happen if I can't function. I could be just fine, but I don't know.
did I read you are on latuda? or is it saphris?
is it very sedating?
thanks
how about the trazodone? does that make you feel drowsy during the day??

I don't find latuda to be sedating.

"finally feel normal"
That does not sound overmedicated to me.
Maybe the list of meds looks long but that to me is not a problem unless the patient is still in fairly lousy condition. Then a long list is a big problem.
This is the end of the thread.
