well my doc prescribed ketamine a bit over a week ago, and unfortunately all it does is make me dizzy.
he prescribed 200 mgs in the nasal spray form, and im going to ask him about lowers dosesarond 0.5mg per kg of body weight, whch equals about 35mgs.
there are alot of articles on the internet about "low dose ketamine" being good for depression.besides this, i've read about people being put into a ketamine coma to treat chronic pain. it is believed to be a way to reset the nervous system.
i knowit is more like a last resort, but could this also begood to treat severe depression?
it is a long story, but my severe mood problems are from some seemingly permanent effects from a few psychiatric meds i took in the past.

The fugue state? Wonderful word for it. I suppose the thing about musical fugues is that you can get lost in them.

> Its a form of ketamine, neuroprotective so its safe,Whoa. For the record, it is by no means established that methoxetamine (MXE) is "safe". There are dozens if not hundreds of possibilities how methoxetamine, and especially regular use of methoxetamine, can be detrimental to one's health. Methoxetamine has not undergone any type of approval process by any meedical regulatory body, so until that happens, it is nothing but speculation to call it "safe".

you really think it wont be?
it has definitely been making me dizzy,
but, why wouldnt it be very effective for mood?
others have said it works better taken in an i.v., too.
but, why is it like this? does it just take higher doses when taken intranasally?

It has to do with how its compounded. They probably mix in a very small amount of Ketamine, not equivalent the doses given intravaneously.
