Seems strange I stopped the 2.5mg of lexapro for one day and yesterday was worse than awful. I took it again last night with the same old 50mg of luvox and same benzos and so far feel a bit less wired. Hoping it continues no guarantees as haven't gone out yet and still three walls and tray ceiling for the painting. Maybe one more wall later. I am still having trust issues for the job getting done. Please oh please let this work. Thanks Phillipa

I said a little prayer for you. I hope it helps.

The Lexapro dosage is really "lower than low", and , the half-life being about 30 hours, it can't really be the cause of an acute drug withdrawal or emotional crisis. Isn't it much more likely because the trust and stress issues between you and your husband flared up over the painting? This probably intensified similar unresolved issues from your past. At least, that is what happens to me when I get in a crisis.

Twinleaf trust and abandonment as my biggest issues. So I'm sure it definitely played a role. I goofed also I took 5mg of lexapro not 2.5mg. But for whatever reason maybe Scott's little prayer today was better than yesterday. And trust plays into meds also as cortisone killed my Mother and have never trusted meds other than benzos. When my thyroid went and had to take synthoid I almost vomited as it felt like my body betrayed me. I always was a health and excercise nut so to speak. Thanks guys. Phillipa

I'm telling you, that 2.5 of Lexapro really isn't doing anything for you. You may have just had an off day.

Eric I don't know as seem very sensitive to both med changes. I don't want a slew of meds though. Jan/P

try upping the luvox to 100 mg and drop the lexapro. See how it feels.
