Well i was worried when starting nardil after reading here about the weight gain that a lot of people have, i have the good ol' pregnant looking belly due to past meds and my severe carb cravings. Anyway since being on nardil in the last 3 weeks my apetite dried up and i have lost 5 kilos (11 pounds)
Just thoght i'd share y experiance for future people looking up nardil. I'm currently on 45mg.

It's wonderful for my social phobia, hard to describe but it's like i can talk in a proper fluid way without having to pre think and prejudge everything i'm going to say next, and is easier to approach people although i havn't gone further than neighbours yet.
The insomnia is out of this world though, took some seroquel a couple hours a go which normally knocks me out cold at only 25mg and yet here iam awake already having only slept 2 hours in the last 2 days.
cheers!

First of all dude you NEED to take care of your insomnia! Take the seroquel (more) for now and talk to your doctor.
This can go in a ugly directionPs i dont experience weight gain on nardil either. Maybe also due to the food interactions, it means i cant eat out that carelessly so i end up eating less
