Jeroen,
I am now trying two capsules of Lecithen(sp?), 3x a day with my antipsychotic. This stuff has Choline in it, which helps calm and soothe just that extra more than a antipsychotic by itself. It also has Inositol in it, but the Choline is what gives it the calming-effect for me. I used to be on just Choline, but apparently the Choline in Lecithen is better absorbed, and it is cheaper too. You have to be careful, though, because too much will make you very depressed. It MAJORLY helps me when I wake up too early in the morning, and have that edgy nervous, not-enough-sleep feeling. I add a few tablets of clonazepam, and I can easily get an extra 4 hrs of refreshed sleep.
