I read your posts and always hope for the best,but in your case escpaialy where its so severe,i would not get my hopes up on a nutrient,the fda has taken away nearly all legal stuff that actualy works,glycine is a mere amino acid and studies can be found on anything ,but amino acids are not that effective,the one that was l dopa u see they took away,anyway hope the best,be careful i took it and it caused depression.
Remeber always cycle when using an amino acid.good luck

Did you change any of your other meds? Could that be why the side effects? I found glycine did nothing for my illness. Just made me a little stupid, if I remember correctly. Also had slight sedation. I liked if for a bit, but found it didn't help.

yes, i find myself stupid on it
sedation too, second time i take it.. will not take it again, will wait for something decent like Saphris

To everyone - Glycine seems to be helping but...
i cant do this witouth doctors supervisionthis is a phase 2 anti psychotic a glutamate anti psychotic
thats why i decide to stop this

propably an interaction from seroquel and abilify and ativan
for the rest atm i am feeling litle better...
i only take 2 grams
