I have a recent diagnosis of bp disorder. Can anyone recommend a bp online support group? I have no idea of what is helpful for this disorder.

Are you seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist?

The medicaiton treatment you end up on will depend on where you fall under the spectrum of BPD, your unique symptoms, and your unique brain chemistry.
