Much appreciated on some info (dosage) longest halfe life would be best.

I am taking Propantheline 45mg a day because my Hyperhydrosis is almost intolerable. But the Half life is only 1.5
hours so it ain't much good.> ?

You could look into having a compounding pharmacy make up some topical Robinul.

Systemic anticholinergics can cause a lot of adverse effects at therapeutic doses... which may be more unpleasant than the hyperhydrosis.
I would look at other types of treatment, which may depend on the cause of your condition.
