I don't put my morning Prozac into a pill box and I am finding that sometimes I'm not sure of whether or not I've taken my 60 mg Prozac.
It's OK to take 120 mg Prozac right?
I haven't noticed any bad effects so far when I'm not sure of whether or not I doubled my dose.
Once I took like 10 20mg Prozac in distress right before my pdoc appointment. Anyways I told pdoc about it and she wasn't worried. Just how much Prozac can I take before it gets to be a problem?

You'll live, but you need to find a way to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Avoid anything which requires attention (such as driving), until you know that you're unaffected.

Deneb why don't you put the prozac in your pill box? Or lay the pill out for your morning dose? Phillipa

Why?
Do you really want the answer? Even if Dr. Bob is okay with posting that sort of information, which he didn't used to be?
Do you need that answer?
I don't think so. I think you'll just put them in your pill box and move on away from this topic. (Not that you can't discuss it here-I mean in your own head) Unless the topic of how much of a med you can take before "problems" occur ***really*** is helpful?
I know Prozac, compared to many other classes of psych drugs, is low threat for OD, and maybe you're just curious, but still....is there something else going on, Deneb?

I don't want to hurt myself. I'm just curious as to whether or not it is possible to hurt myself through ODing on Prozac. I have a feeling it is not, but I am not entirely sure. I guess I probably shouldn't be given this information since sometimes I feel bad and want to OD.

What happened then?

I guess pdoc determined that I wasn't going to die then left me to suffer through the consequences on my own.
This is the end of the thread.
