Just wanted to say "congrats" I couple of those I've never heard of but I'm also really new to all of this.

Thanks again for sharing.

Sounds great! Would you say parnate is the main weapon against depression in your arsenal?

Nail on the head, kinda like this,a lamons way of describing it,

A pizz pie,

The foundation,the dough,is parnate,its a must,it is the foudnation of it all.

Then each med is the layer to the good pizza, the cheese the toppings and such.

As for me,depression is vicious and relentless, and i will continue as i do to research meds,i personaly like unconventional ones to add to my arsenal, either add now,or keep hold of cause like in a war u simply cant have too much of a arensal, and whoever felt the pain of depression taking them down to the ground and cry, knows depression will always knip at our heels, inlucding mine, its a war,get involved, dont rely on a stranger seeing u once a month to take charge, use ur resources, websites with prossional info like pub med, google scholar such, and then use user sites like here, revolution health, bluelight etc, user reviews are a outstanding resource, just to see google the term parnate user rating and youll see the comeback hit show many sites with many satisfied users.

I rely on published articles which actualy hold more value then my doc, why, cause they are written by a collabartion of numerous docs contributing, not just one,and usualy the docs who conttribute to these articles hold much higher degress then ur local doc,so next time ur at google scholar orpub med,see who wrote or contributed, and see how acredited the writeers are.

As for user ratings, whoever dont think 50 user ratings holds vlaue of gold just isnt on the same view point of me,if 50 users complain about a med,for instance a side effect, then 50 users are enough to make me take a serious deep look to whether i will take this med,a very serious look, thats why we all love our home here at babble.

Sticking with the pizza pie analogy, could you describe the role played by each "topping" in your regimen?
