I can see that you might want to reduce the Seroquel dose, it's certainly a high dose at the moment. Do you think you could get down to somewhere in the range 300-450mg?
What sort of anxiety do you have? Lithium isn't normally used to treat anxiety - unless the anxiety in question is occuring in combination with clear manic or hypomanic symptoms.

Lithium isn't normally used to treat anxiety - unless the anxiety in question is occuring in combination with clear manic or hypomanic symptoms.Thank you so much for your questions i will try and answer them. when we were trying different meds to deal with my dep and anxiety we found out that ssri or snri agitated my mood and anxiety. My pdoc put me on a low dose of seroquel to help with sleep and anxiety and dep .to my surprise the more seroquel that we added the better things got.The only trouble is the early morning sedation which is screwing up my job. Iguess the pdoc is thinking that the lithium will alow me to dose down the seroquel . sorry if i do not make a lot of sence but i am trying
thanks for listening
hope to us all
