Ok - so I am curious about the effects of Geodon on sex drive. I have noticed that on 60mg of Geodon I have no sex drive what-so-ever! On 40mg is was still there somewhat.
Does Geodon suppress some brain chemical that effects sex drive and interest?
What is 40mg of Geodon effective for?

I googled it, and Geodon supposedly has a low rate of sexual side effects. That said...its an antipsychotic, it can raise prolactin, and I think most of the data that would indicate its not anti-sexual are from the manufacturer, so...who knows.
I would think 40mgs/day geodon might be helpful for bipolar II, especially if you have other meds on board. I saw that dose mentioned somewhere as a potential "maintenance level" dose for schizophrenia, once the acute/active phase had passed.
Anyway, sorry you're going through a rough spot right now. Hopefully a little dosage calibration is all you need to get to feeling better.

40mg is better than 60mg as far as sex drive and performance goes.
But, I'm not sure Geodon is the best drug. It's a weird drug. It can take away irritability, but leave you flat. Doesn't really do much for depressive moods.
