I didn't like either drug, but my neurobiology is not the same as yours. What do you think of iloperidone (Fanapt)? It shares with Remeron NE alpha-2 receptor blockade. Perhaps it would mix with Seroquel to yield an antidepressant effect.

yea i heared of fanapt, but doesnt seem to be a popular anti psychotic
im thinking of trying saphris, and not the Glycine, because of not been tested enough

It is brand new. I guess it's too early to tell how useful it will be.
