I've been thinking: when parts of the brain are damaged due to ... drug use, or trama caused, I think there is some way to seperate it from the damaged areas. No don't stick an ice pick in up your eye [that's how the lobotomy works], instead think to yourself that there are damaged sector's and think to youself what the brain ... is aware that's it's a brain. Tell it shut down sector's that are distressed, seperate the thoughts that are "clear" and the thoughts that are "toxic" due to damaged nuerons, and seperate them, in a mental technique.
Picture yourself seeing your mind, and seeing that it cares for it'self and ... like a cut on the arm, the body heals itself, and it can heal the damaged areas in the mind. The only thing, is getting back in "polarized" balance of all nuerotransmitters, because depression is a feeling of dispair, and also depleted dopamine will cause awful distress. Know that it's a chemical thinking, that effects your thoughts and lie down and mentally stimulate [try to litterly send a shock thought the brain, through mental images]. The belief system is what the beliefs are based on...and if you believe you will not have to suffer and you know that this, is something that is "wrong" in the brain [chemically] due to depleted nuerotransmitters or damaged sector's. Seperate those thoughts, into like a quarantine, because there infected. And just keep telling yourself, when you close your eyes that you are recovering your mind thought a healing process, and seperating temporarly thingst hat need to be repaired.
It's a good technique, i still do it, I just thought it up myself because of the massive amount of dispair i've felt and this was something I just "thought" to say "get the bad out".
Hope this is a good outline.

This sounds like a healing process that only individuals who have the mind power to due such things would be successful in. Individuals that have that control over their thoughts so as to direct them in a positive way. I wish I had this strength but often my mind takes control and I fall into its horrible thoughts. I think that this is great that you are able to do this. I understand it but I just don't know how, how can you take such control over your thoughts that way?

Thinking ... indepth, and deep in meditation to tell your mind that there is damaged sector's and it needs to seperate from them, it can function on a half a brain, i've read stories of people litterly having half their brain taken out due to a tumor and they resumed normal functioning because the mind adapted to the circumstance. I don't want to give some advice that's sh*t, but I'm trying to give a view to help, one myself, and others.
There's alot of way's....you know like biofeedback and learning to slow down your blood pressure, you can learn to repair things that are not working correctly, but i'm not relating this to christain science, it's a mental technique...that you use your imagination to visulize the mind seperating itself from ... it's like inner communication for a healing process.
Just think of a seperation sequence that goes on and try to imagine it in the mind, for repair.

i'm gonna have to make a visulization better for ... well for people to understand more in depth of what I'm trying to say.
I've tried it, there are better things that I know would work. Like ... in your dreams ask people about life [because you know your in the dream] and whoever is in the dream go and tell them whats going on in life. It has to be lucid dreaming with memory recall. You will be suprised what they say. But let me think of a better version for understanding how this technique can work and if It just can't for some...hey it just came off my mind, i'm no ghandi.. or anything.

no no no.... lol, i've just done research on lucid dreams and it can reveal things ... that are not told in life, like hidden things, but's usally in symbols. Sometimes God can give you dreams, and then other sprits can influence dreams [usally demons, or imposters of light, or Lucifer but that's rare]
mmm sometimes I start projects and try to finish them out. There are meditations you can do while your ... in a sleeping state, the delta state.
I'm in bad mood right now, but let me try to start this up. Just think of imagery and diffrent techniques of thinking. I feel like abandoning this, but here let me grab some resources that can be of help....i've found alot of sources that are not direct info, and just yak on about their products.

i'll have to get back on this, but rerember i'm not a "grand" person that ... gives sh*t that doesnt work, i'm still thinking of stuff, but ... it's to help others. Give me time..

i invented a super hero, when confronted by the same drean under medication, as i were getting a right hammering in the dream , bring him in your mind to fight in your corner. //an that peticular dream was nuked//,bit different to your ilaborate plan but effective.
