All of the SSRIs make my mood go to sh*t (I have bipolar disorder too). Pristiq made me manic. Anafranil made me depressed.
My OCD is severe. What can I take to treat it?

I heard Abilify can help with obsessive stuff too, but that also didn't help my OCD hardly at all. Large does of Inositol (the supplement) helped me a bit with intrusive thoughts but didn't make much of a difference with the OCD overall.

What about clomipramine? The original anti obsessional. Perhaps you need a mood stabilizer with it.

Yeah, I tried it for a short time but I had TONS of side effects.
I'm on Lamictal and a low dose of Seroquel as well. I've tried raising the Seroquel but it doesn't help the OCD.

Memantine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It worked wonders for my OCD, without any side effects! It also made my mood more stable!

What dose did you notice the effects at? What dose did you settle on?

18 grams of Inositol a day has done a lot for my OCD and depression.
