my ferritin in 35 micrograms/L, apparently anything under 50 can cause RLS, ADHD-like sx, anxiety... some articles note its correlation in tardive movement conditions.
since for my case this means it may be very helpful for me to keep my ferritin at 80 or above, what is the best way to go about this i.e. to increase my levels quickly and hopefully experience improvement?
