low ferritin, best way to increase quickly?

Posted by iforgotmypassword on March 5, 2010, at 15:30:12

my ferritin in 35 micrograms/L, apparently anything under 50 can cause RLS, ADHD-like sx, anxiety... some articles note its correlation in tardive movement conditions.

since for my case this means it may be very helpful for me to keep my ferritin at 80 or above, what is the best way to go about this i.e. to increase my levels quickly and hopefully experience improvement?

Sorry to interrupt, but I'd also like to redirect this thread to Psycho-Babble Health. Here's a link:

That'll be considered a new thread, so if you'd like to be notified by email of follow-ups to it, you'll need to request that there. Thanks,

Bob
