Thinning Hair and Risperidone

Has anyone here experienced their hair thinning on risperidone? Could be the color I use on my hair but alopecia is mentioned as one of the side-effects of resperidone in the FDA insert material. Any real life experirience with this?
Yuck. I hate drugs.

I have had my hair fall out from Depakote. That was pleasant.

You should try taking biotin (it's a B vitamin) and a multivitamin. I am doing that now and it's helping. My hair was getting thin because I am anorexia and my diet is non existent.

Hi Zana,

No real life experience to share. I've had temporary hair loss from Wellbutrin and strattera. Kinda yucky, huh? I'm sorry.

How are you responding to resperidone?
