Okay, here's the deal:
I have larger testicles with stimulants (including caffeine). On Dexedrine, but I've been dealing with this since 18 with all of the ADD stims out there at different times. Honestly, the only difference seems to be that I wear designer khakis and jeans, and I use to wear less tightly-fitted denim...
Anyhow, really, designer brands are almost always tighter to some extent, and this is annoying. I would like to go to work one day and just make it look more low-key in that area.
I can't be the only one with ADHD meds doing this... I've been on them for 8 years now, but these days I tend to wear shirts and even a jacket that is waistline-fit, and my pants are not terribly baggy.
All I can seem to find online are suggestions to wear briefs of stretchy "performance" boxer-briefs (jockstrap-like I guess). Well, did that, and it only made it look more absurd.
I wear boxers. Would a cup, if I got one, help? Or would that just make it look bigger?
no, this is not a prank post.thanks!

oddly... you would think that would work...the only thing that seems to work is a 2-day drug holiday (48 hours at least). It's exacerbated especially with less sleep, but really, just happens... unfortunately, designers of my pants don't seem concerned. Coffee + little sleep is just as bad, too.
For all I know, a cup makes it look bigger; but I imagine it must at least hold things back so it's not pressing things forward?

DUDE. Out of respect for anyone visiting who is currently drowning in the sadisitic ghettos of their own psychic woe,
do you think you could work the big balls thing out alone without kicking an entire beach's worth of sand into their troubled, hopeless faces?

Nope, dont agree,i dont see how he showed any disrespect,in fact he showed diginity by taking the few jokes we posted about it.
The disease is ugly, side effects are ugly,i have side effects i personaly would like to discuss but dont feel comfotable posting, however i admire his courage posting something personal to get help.
It will be a sad moment if this board becomes a place where you have to worry about what you post,he stated his exact problem in the header, and while it can be offensive to read,he still did the right thing by stating it in the header. The header was clear enough to know what the post contained, and if someone was to be offended he gave them a clear oppurnity to avoid the post, opposed to just throwing it out in the middle of a stanard post.
Im rambling cause i dont know exactly how to put what im saying down,so ill end with this,i hope the orginal poster is not discourged by the comments in this post or anyone else that would cause them to avoid posting applicable side effect or such problems here to be helped with.

I'm female and it certainly is not offensive it's a medical side effect connected to a med to be treated as you would any medical problem. As an example isn't there trazadone priapism? Similar???? Phillipa

If there is pain involved, utozopien didn't mention it. I'm sorry I posted something probably a bit out of turn.

>well, in terms of physical pain, no.
but frankly, anorgasmia is discussed on this board and has been for years by women. the only difference is, you get to keep that to yourself off the board.
At work, I don't. I overhear, "that kid has enormous balls!" when I leave a room. I'd prefer to be thought of as the person who makes people _comfortable_ when they come to chat with me, not awkward (in real life).
And no doctor would care, much less have an answer. At least with priapism, they have treatments for that. The internet doesn't appear to have many answers, so I think I'll stick to wearing more oxfords left untuck.
This is the end of the thread.
