Both can make you feel poorly. What are the symptoms? Might be causing low blood pressure? Phillipa

Anxiety is usualy from low blood sugars, for me anyways. high sugar will make you tired and thirsty.

Low blood sugar for me makes me tired, shaky, and confused. When I don't exercise, I can get low blood sugar after eating starchy foods like potatoes (blood sugar spikes, insulin spikes, blood sugar crashes).
