I take 50-100 of Seroquel and 1-2 mg on Klonopin, and I increased from 45 to 60mg of Nardil last week. About four days on 60, I started having sleeping problems. Now it's getting worse. I looked through my notes, and saw that I had the same sleeping problems going from 45 to 60 last August before returning to 45.
1) Anyone else have issues like this on Nardil?
2) What did you do about it?
3) Is Lunesta or Ambien worth trying?

I was thinking of you the other day and wondering how you were doing if still on nardil and here you are. Why are you upping the nardil? If you lowered it before? Sleep benzos. Love Phillipa

Lunesta seems stronger to me..... Both work about the same but Lunesta is a bit more potent and longer acting than ambien in my opinion.....

I think Ambien is better for sleep but DO NOT get the generics! The ones I tried were about half as potent as the the name brand. Lunesta seemed kind of week to me, but we all have different physiological different properties at any given time. You might to try them both if your Dr. will agree to it.
Good Luck

> 3) Is Lunesta or Ambien worth trying? It happened to me first time on 60mg , Seorquel works but only at small dose like 25 or 50mg.
I also tried ambien but work only for some days and then I needed more , but it was very expensive.
Im on 75mg in this moment and I thougth I was suffer the same side effect , but before going to 75 I was already taking xanax to help my anxiety
I take 1,5-2mg of xanax and I can sleep well most of the nigthsYou need to look for the one that fit on you
Good luck
