I would prefer a low dose of depakote for anxiety, maybe 250 mgs.
Take the zyprexa at night if you are not already.
Why not take something like prozac or zoloft as apposed to an atypical that can have more severe side effects long term. You do know anxiety and depression go hand in hand. Anxiety is often a symptom of underlying depression.
Have you tried EMDR? I've heard it can be great for anxiety.
Wow that sucks that your doc prescribed a med for anxiety that makes you fatigued all the time. I guess that rules out the possibility of working out to relieve that anxiety.
I say, take the zyprexa at bedtime and find eventually find better healthier ways of treating your anxiety.

It may take a long time for it to slowly go down, years. I would suggest going back to 2.5mg, as long as your anxiety is ok.

EMDR would work to relieve anxiety that resulted from events from the past. I believe much of our anxiety is a result of unresolved conflicts within us.
