I've had terrible sexual dysfunction on Abilify - or at least I think it's Abilify because the other meds I'mon never caused such problems. So I stopped the Abilify about a week to 10 days ago and I'm still having the exact same sexual problems.
I've never had this type or severity of sexual dysfunction before and it's frustrating the crap out of me.

From what I understand, sexual SEs from meds can take a while to go away.
In the meantime, you can try common remedies to ramp up your "mojo." Like Wellbutrin if you can tolerate it, or there's an antihistimine that has worked for a lot of people here (can't remember the name?) There are also supplements like Horny Goat Weed.

Two things to consider:
1. Pscyhoactive med sexual side effects can take weeks to months to go away. I've even heard of permanent sexual side effects that linger. I don't think that will happen.
2. Abilify has a very long halflife. Half of what you were taking is still in your system. It is going to take another couple or three weeks for it to be completely gone.

hm, abilify seems better than other APs, but still not too surprising.
sexual problems can be self-perpetuating because they cause performance anxiety which causes more sexual dysfunction
