Nardil plus Wellbutrin, no good

Posted by yep111 on April 28, 2009, at 7:38:27

Hi, I'm on Nardil 90 mg, it has given me the best 3 months since my teenager years. As weight gain and anorgasmia are big problem with this med i decided to add some Wellbutrin to counteract it. After 3 days of taken Wellbutrin i was slipping more and more into depression and as it wasn't going better, i decided to stop the drug. After two weeks of stopping the "therapy" with wellbutrin, which lasted for a week, i was still depressed, that's when i starting to think that it was just a coincidence with the Nardil pooping out at the same time. Now it is two and half weeks from stopping wellbutrin and Nardil is doing it job again:D I can't believe how wellbutrin could take all that magic away from nardil. So be careful what you combine Nardil with.

I have tried Wellbutrin a couple of times, never with an MAOI, but I think it is a weird med. It has made me irritable, spacey, anxious. I'm sure it very helpful to some people but I find it very unpredictable.
Good to hear the benefits of the Nardil are returning.
