Do Topamax and Neurontin effect the same neurotransmitters? I can't take any drugs that effect serotonin. Do these drugs effect serotonin?

Neurontin probably effects gaba but not serotonin to my knowledge. From what i've read about topamax it does not effect serotonin.

Neurontin does not affect serotonin at all.
