I know that lithium cancels out the affects of amphetamines. I'm wondering what mood stabilisers don't block the effects of dexedrine? Does trileptal or topamax cancel out the effects of dexedrine? Or would the combo work great?

yes, because any thing that slows down brain activity (Sieuzre medications) decrease eletrical firing. I think it would just lower the effect, less activity.
