Just curious what is working for people. I also am very moody, possible bipolar II along with social anxiety. I am taking:
Geodon 240 mg
Prozac 40 mg
Klonopin as needed
Adderall 10 mg
Lamictal 25 mgIt is working ok, but I can't say that it is great.

To me if it's doing something that's great as I've yet to find the magic combo stick with luvox and valium. Love Phillipa

Nothing. I take a deep breath, say a prayer, and walk into the crowded room.
I am always aware it is a big effort and it is not normal to feel such effort to try to be normal. But, it gets better with time, kind of like retraining, and it sure beats the heck out of drugs.

For severe social anxiety and atypical depression I take 90mg of Nardil with 2mg of clonazepam. They both affect GABA and it is a strong combo for social anxiety.

I would be willing to try Nardil except I've already gained 50 pounds between paxil and zoloft and don't need any more weight gain. Though I do have atypical depression symptoms.

I'll do your toes in hot pink and my warm mouth will warm up your cold feet.

I still have nardil on the table if all else fails. To be honest not worried about drug interactions as my surgery is behind me and I don't take any contraindicated drugs. I'm on a diet and living off of salad, chicken and whole grain pita bread with a small yogurt for dessert now and than. Nothing to kill me there.
Think I must have been a dog in my previous life the way I enjoy kissing your feet.
