I struggle with anxiety and mild depression, but it seems (especially today), that when I am hungover from drinking too much my depression is amplified 10x. Is that normal? (Kinda hope so cuz I know it's only temporary).
Thanks

More like self explainatory. I have the same "problem". I have hangover for three days when I drink. Not so much physical symptoms, but fatigue and worsened depression.

Yeah, I knew it was a depressant. But I wasn't sure how much in the mental sense as opposed to physical.

Hang in there. Drink plenty of fluids and stay away from stimulants...even coke.
We both suffer from anxiety and I too get depression and terrible hangovers the next day...or what I call it "running from the devil"
