i just read on wikipidia that diphenhydramine inhibits the reptake of serotonin. It was later used to make the first SSRI Prozac.
I just took 25mg for some sleep, im getting to tolerant to temazepam.
I feel in a good mood. Im defintly sedated. i just feel equilibimized.

If you are talking about Benadryl, I used that for years as a sleeping aid and it worked really good. I started with 1/4 of a pill at bedtime. Then over the years I needed to gradualy increase it as my body became used to it, 1/4 pill at a time. I was also on Prozac at the time.
Eventually my body became so used to the Benadryl it didn't work for me anymore and was prescribed Xanax.
