Wow, I am suprised you can handle wellbutrin and remeron. I hope you don't experience increased irritability on this combination. Both remeron and wellbutrin can cause increased anger in some people.

I take 30mg Remeron and 10mg Lexapro. They work pretty well together for me, but not as well as they did the last time I took them together. Like most Remeron users, I fight the munchies. Fortunately, I take Adderall XR, which controls my appetite for the most part.I have also combined Remeron with Wellbutrin before, but I can't seem to tolerate Wellbutrin, either alone or in combination. It causes extreme anxiety for me. My girlfriend, on the other hand, has taken Wellbutrin for over 5 years. It works like a charm for her.
I think, all in all, that Remeron is a pretty good drug for me. I'm going to try to reduce it to the 15-22.5 mg level. My appetite isn't quite so voracious at that level.
