This is a clip form Alien (1979)
I used not all of this, but as a presenation example of how we react to fear and resonse, this clip is a bit more longer, it doesnt get directly to the actual "climax" until about 7:00min into the clip, the first part is starting up.
But when you see the screaming, adrenaline mode starting to happen, thats the part i used during a presenation during a speech class on fear.
Watch this, wait a little bit until you see when the panic starts to happen.
This is a very good example. On how we activate on fear and response mode.

It will take about 3 min into the clip until you see the scene coming on.
I have had panic attacks where i have screamed, gone nuts, almost had a body convustion, they rarely happen much, but tell me what you think.

Hi Matt,
You've described the panic attacks I had while in college - screaming, convulsing on the floor, fainting for a bit - absolutely incapacitating. I was put on Xanax and dropped out of school. Biofeedback helped back then. I take AD's, MS's, and AA's now, but am not doing well.
I didn't watch your clip, afraid it would have been too much for me. I avoid horror films.
