Football, how is second week of Nardil going?

Posted by UGottaHaveHope on March 15, 2007, at 12:08:13

Are you still at 30mg? Or have you upped the dose? Have you felt anything from it?

Has it been hard for you to follow diet? Any side effects? Thanks, MIchael

I was upped to 75 MG.
No positive results yet, but I'm not surprised, because it usually takes weeks.

Side-effect wise I'm having dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, lack of appetite, and sexual problems. It sounds bad, but it's actually only slightly annoying and very manageable. I hope they go away soon, though...

And the diet is a piece of cake.

I've now taken 3 15mg pills of Nardil. I'm concerned they're not coated so might not reach the intestines. How come if it's so old, it hasn't become available as generic phenelzine? Is it because of the re-formulation by Pfizer? That's a bit crafty if so. I feel pretty zonked but I had 7 days of insomnia-shallow nightmare sleep from Effexor withdrawal. I'm at work though (talking to you lot instead of REALLY working)
